justify;\">Acciones de \u00abc\u00e9lula\u00bb emitidas a cada propietario de c\u00e9lula con derechos de dividendo de c\u00e9lula.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los PCC son una forma evolucionada de alquiler cautivo basada en la protecci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica en lugar de la protecci\u00f3n contractual que ofrecen los alquiler cautivos tradicionales.<br \/>\nLos activos de cada c\u00e9lula est\u00e1n protegidos de las responsabilidades de otras c\u00e9lulas por la legislaci\u00f3n.
